How do I sign in with Apple?
Tap Sign in with Apple. If the Apple sheet doesn’t appear, make sure you have internet, then try again. On iOS, the sign-in opens in a secure Apple sheet and returns you to the app automatically.
Why does the app say “Bad Request” during Apple login?
Fully close the app and try again. Ensure your device time is set automatically. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
What does the app help with year-round?
Should I Blanket? helps with more than blankets. It combines forecast temperature, “feels like,” rain chance, wind, and humidity to surface blanket guidance, heat risk, riding conditions, and other horse-weather decisions for your location.
Can I change my blanket thresholds?
Yes. Open the Blanketing section and tap Edit on thresholds. Changes apply immediately.
How do I get email alerts?
Enable the year-round alerts toggle in the app. You’ll receive blanket alerts when thresholds are crossed, plus warm-weather updates like heat-risk warnings as those features apply. You can also use “Send me this email now” to confirm delivery.
PWA tips (Add to Home Screen)
- iPhone/iPad (Safari): Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): ⋮ menu → Install app.
Troubleshooting
- Force-close and reopen the app.
- Check your connection and refresh.
- On iOS, ensure Safari cookies aren’t blocked (Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies off).
- If alerts don’t arrive, check spam or re-toggle year-round alerts in the app.
